Terms and Conditions
Effective October 3, 2026 · Version 2026-10-03-terms-v4
These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement governing your request for, and use of, the bill review and consultation services provided by Velior through veliorsave.com. “Velior,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service provider. “You” and “your” refer to the customer requesting or receiving the services. The scope of your authorization, the applicable service fees, and the respective responsibilities of the parties are set out below.
1. Our service
Velior reviews the bills and account information you choose to provide, identifies charges that may deserve attention, and explains possible ways to manage telecommunications costs. Depending on your circumstances, the review may include:
- Comparing your current mobile plan with other available plans.
- Identifying optional services, add-ons, subscriptions, or unused lines.
- Comparing device protection charges with available manufacturer or other protection options.
- Reviewing internet offers, including offers from a different provider.
- Explaining carrier-switching opportunities, device balances, and promotional requirements.
Our service is informational telecommunications guidance. Velior does not provide professional financial, investment, debt settlement, credit repair, insurance, legal, or tax advice. Comparing device protection prices does not establish that two policies or service contracts provide equivalent coverage.
3. Your decisions and account changes
You choose whether to accept any suggestion. You remain responsible for confirming the current terms with the provider and personally approving and carrying out any account change, cancellation, purchase, or transfer. Assistance and explanations from Velior do not replace your approval or the provider’s required procedures.
You may decline an option or stop the consultation. A recommendation is not an instruction to stop paying your bill, dispute a valid charge, or abandon a contractual obligation. Existing bills, device balances, and other amounts owed to a provider remain your responsibility.
4. No guaranteed savings
Velior does not guarantee a reduction in your bill, a specific dollar amount or percentage of savings, or the availability of a suitable alternative. A review may conclude that your existing arrangement is appropriate or that no practical savings option is available.
Results depend on your plan, usage, location, credit or account eligibility, device balances, taxes, fees, discounts, current offers, and the provider’s decisions. Prices and offers can change or expire. Estimated monthly or annual savings are estimates, not promised results; annual figures assume the stated monthly conditions continue.
One-time credits, gift cards, device promotions, or promotional months are not the same as an ongoing reduction in your monthly bill. Any such benefit is subject to the provider’s rules, submission deadlines, and fulfillment process. Consultation fees and applicable transition costs should be considered when evaluating net savings.
5. Understanding the consequences
A cheaper option may provide different benefits. Before making a change, confirm the effects that matter to you, including:
- Coverage, speed, data priority, hotspot limits, roaming, international calling, and bundled services.
- Loss of multiline, autopay, bundle, loyalty, or device promotional credits.
- Remaining device balances, activation fees, cancellation charges, prorated bills, or overlapping service.
- Protection eligibility, enrollment windows, deductibles, exclusions, claim limits, and gaps in coverage.
- Number transfers and potential service interruptions. Confirm the transfer process before canceling a line you wish to keep.
Velior’s review is based on the documents you provide and may not reveal every account condition, future charge, or provider restriction. A charge identified for review is not automatically an error or an unauthorized charge.
6. Service fees and payment
All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and the total amount due must be disclosed before you authorize payment.
- Personal consultation — $40 total
- One service applies whether or not you already have your bill. Help obtaining your bill is included when needed. After an agent confirms the service with you, $20 is due before assistance begins. The remaining $20 is due when the agreed consultation is completed. Submitting the form does not charge you or authorize either payment.
These fees pay for Velior’s agreed assistance and guidance, not a guaranteed savings result or a carrier’s services. A form submission or acceptance of these terms alone is not permission to debit your account. Each payment requires your separate authorization; this service does not enroll you in a recurring subscription.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a request by contacting support@veliorsave.com. If you cancel before a paid service begins, any payment for that unperformed service will be refunded. If Velior cannot provide an agreed paid service, the payment for the unprovided portion will be refunded.
The initial $20 pays toward the agreed review and assistance. Refunds for work not performed follow the cancellation terms above. Charges for completed, authorized work are not refundable solely because no suitable savings option is found or you choose not to make a provider change. The remaining $20 is due when the agreed consultation is completed; it is not a fee for accepting a carrier offer.
A completed, authorized consultation is not refundable solely because a provider declines a request, changes an offer, or your eventual savings differ from an estimate. This does not remove any expressly agreed refund commitment or refund, dispute, or other right available under applicable law.
For a missing service, duplicate payment, or other payment issue, contact us with your case number and payment reference. Do not send full payment-card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available; bank and payment-processor posting times vary.
8. Third-party providers
Velior is a separate consultation service. References to carriers, manufacturers, protection plans, or internet providers do not by themselves imply affiliation, endorsement, or authority to act for them. Their products and services are governed by their own agreements.
Velior does not control their pricing, coverage, billing, eligibility, approvals, credits, reimbursements, or performance. Provider disputes must be addressed with the relevant provider. If a recommendation involves a referral or compensation arrangement, Velior will disclose the relevant relationship before you act on it.
9. Your information and communications
Provide only information needed for your request. Do not submit passwords, account or porting PINs, one-time verification codes, full Social Security numbers, or full payment-card details. You may redact unrelated personal information while keeping the charges and service details needed for the review readable.
Your information may be processed by the staff handling your case and service providers supporting file storage, case management, communications, and separately authorized payments, as needed to deliver the service. Acceptance of these terms does not authorize selling your bill or using it for unrelated marketing.
Request-related communications are separate from promotional consent. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw permission for future reviews or contact, ask to correct your details, or request deletion by emailing support@veliorsave.com. We may need to verify your authority and retain records needed for legal, payment, or dispute obligations. Withdrawal does not reverse completed work or eliminate amounts properly owed for authorized services.
10. Timing and availability
Our stated contact window of up to 48 hours is a service target. Incomplete information, provider response times, technical issues, and unusually high demand may cause delays. These windows do not guarantee that a provider change, refund, or promotional benefit will be completed within that time.
We may pause a request while obtaining clarification or decline requests involving unauthorized information, suspected fraud, or abusive conduct. Payments for services not provided remain subject to the refund terms above.
11. Limits of responsibility
Velior is responsible for providing the agreed review and guidance with reasonable care. We do not promise that our review is exhaustive, that every option will remain available, or that a provider will accept or implement a recommendation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velior is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us, independent provider actions, or changes you choose to make, except to the extent those losses result from Velior’s own breach of duty.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velior excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the service, and its total liability for a claim relating to a consultation is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid Velior for that consultation.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, required refunds, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms releases Velior from all responsibility or prevents you from exercising rights protected by law.
12. Questions and disputes
Please contact support@veliorsave.com with your case number and a description of the issue so we can review it. This contact process does not prevent you from making a lawful complaint, using available payment-dispute procedures, or seeking a remedy in a court with jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
13. Updates and acceptance
We may update these terms for future requests by posting a new effective date and version. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms of services already accepted. A material change to an ongoing service requires your agreement before it applies to that service.
By selecting the unchecked acceptance box and submitting your request, you confirm your authority to share the information, authorize the limited review and request-related contact described above, and accept this version of the Terms and Conditions. Your affirmative acceptance is recorded with your case, together with the applicable version and date. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit a request. You may retain a copy for your records. Acceptance does not waive any right that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
